These terms apply to every visit to brandsoflegends.com and every order you place with Brands of Legends. Please read them carefully before ordering.

About us
Brands of Legends ("we", "us", "our") is a concierge retailer based in Verdun, Beirut, Lebanon, offering authentic designer fashion, footwear and accessories. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Our concierge service
We source each product from the brand or its official distributors after you confirm your order. Products shown on the website are therefore available to order, not necessarily held in stock, and delivery takes 30 business days from confirmation, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Authenticity
We sell only authentic, original products sourced from brands and their official distributors. We never sell replicas.
Orders and confirmation
Placing an order or requesting a quote is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when our team confirms your order with you, including the item, final price and estimated delivery window, and you accept.
We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description is incorrect, or we cannot verify the order details. If you have paid anything for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund that amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Some items display "Ask for Price"; for these, our team will send you a price before you confirm. While we work hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate, errors can occur; if we find one, we will tell you before your order is confirmed.
We accept cash on delivery and Whish. For certain orders, we may require a deposit or full payment before ordering from the supplier; we will always tell you in advance. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout and confirmed with your order.
Delivery
We deliver door to door within Lebanon. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of supplier, customs or courier delays. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations and returns
Because each item is ordered especially for you, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Return Policy for what to do if you receive a wrong or damaged item.
Product information
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and sizing differs between brands. Product images may come from the brand and are for illustration. If you are unsure about any detail, contact us before confirming your order.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate contact and delivery information and keep it up to date.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without our permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and our logo, belongs to Brands of Legends or its licensors. Brand names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we offer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
We use your personal information to process your orders and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
